業務内容

• Own reliability outcomes across the evaluation infrastructure stack: orchestration, capacity, and service health.
• Lead and codify runbooks for complex failure categories to raise the team's quality bar.
• Build deep expertise in device orchestration and provisioning, including quota management, retry behavior, and failure modes.
• Instrument under-observed components and improve observability to detect failures before they impact signals.
• Balance incident response with proactive reliability work: automation and eliminating recurring failures.
• Influence SRE roadmap and SLO definitions; mentor junior engineers and communicate infrastructure posture to leadership.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 5+ years of site reliability, infrastructure, or platform engineering with direct on-call in production.
• Hands-on orchestration experience (Kubernetes or equivalent): cluster health, resource management, scheduling, failure diagnosis at scale.
• Experience owning or operating a device/VM provisioning pipeline; familiarity with virtualization-layer failure modes.
• Track record of improving reliability with measurable outcomes (uptime, MTTR, incident frequency).
• Incident command discipline; able to lead a multi-team incident from declaration to close-out.
• Depth in at least one: distributed systems reliability, device management infrastructure, evaluation or ML platform operations.
• Demonstrated cross-team technical influence; shaping reliability practices beyond the immediate team.
