Lead and grow the Software Localization Quality Engineering team in Tokyo, driving high-quality localization testing for Apple software and Siri across multiple languages, locales, and features.
Create and execute Quality Test Plans; prioritize tasks, automation efforts, and resource allocation to meet deadlines under time constraints.
Guide testers through daily projects, track progress, escalate blockers, and propose capacity solutions; report test results to management and executives.
Collaborate closely with Global Engineering, Project Management, and Quality teams to gather information on upcoming features and localization requirements, ensuring proper setup and validation.
Ensure testing across platforms and locales maintains top quality and efficiency, while managing risk and delivering results on schedule.

5+ years of QA Engineering or Software Engineering experience
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA mindset, and software engineering processes
Excellent English and Japanese communication and team leadership skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn new technologies independently in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of Apple’s Software and Siri technology
