業務内容

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and selected frontend components for the platform.
• Lead the implementation of high-throughput data ingestion and processing pipelines for large-scale security data.
• Integrate AI-driven analytics capabilities and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Architect and develop APIs and integrations with a wide range of IT and security tools.
• Ensure robust security design, secure coding practices, and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-stack production issues.
• Lead, mentor, onboard, and develop a team of software engineers; drive code/design reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, research, DevOps, and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Plan sprints, manage technical debt, and ensure predictable delivery.

必須スキル

• Proficiency in Rust; 5+ years of professional software development with hands-on Rust
• Familiarity with Go, Java, and/or C++ is a plus
• Cloud platforms, containerization, and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Real-time data processing, analytics frameworks, and modern front-end technologies
• Data pipelines, ELK stack, and Apache Kafka
• Observability tools (Datadog and Vector)
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems serving millions of users
• API design, versioning, governance; security practices (OAuth 2.0, encryption)
