• Collaborate with Product and Design to finalize requirements and break down work into iterations.
• Plan and implement features with engineers; coordinate across Plan Stage on large initiatives.
• Create proofs-of-concept; write tests; roll out changes; ship small features with minimal guidance.
• Maintain high-quality, scalable code; participate in reviews; advocate for quality.
• Identify and address technical debt as part of backlog rotation.
• Support open-source community: prep issues for contributors and review contributions.
• Propose process improvements in monthly retrospectives.
