• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of practical experience
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and processes with deep expertise in cloud, AI/ML, mobile, etc.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with minimal oversight
• Practical cloud-native experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
