Lead the development and operation of a data mart environment (datasets) within the internal analysis platform for Money Forward ME, servicing multiple job functions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to design analyses, plan and execute measures to solve business challenges, and translate insights into actionable actions.
Drive data utilization to accelerate business growth, supporting data-driven decision-making and contributing to product development through data (including AI-enabled features).
Own end-to-end lifecycle from environment construction to operation and continuous improvement, coordinating with stakeholders to align with business goals.

Cloud-based distributed databases experience (BigQuery or Redshift) on GCP/AWS
SQL proficiency for data processing and analysis
Data pipelines development/operation using Apache Airflow or dbt
Statistical analysis and machine learning using Python or R

Experience reporting results to internal/external decision-makers and providing data-driven recommendations
Solid knowledge of statistics; relevant certifications
Ability to extract/prepare data from complex specifications for stakeholders
