業務内容

Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and detailed technical requirements.
Design, architect, and develop full-stack solutions using an experiment-driven, iterative approach.
Prepare scopes of work and project plans for both PoC prototypes and production deployments.
Hands-on delivery with customers’ technical teams, coding side-by-side to drive projects to completion on their infrastructure.
Collaborate with Product, Research, and Applied teams to ensure seamless experiences, successful projects, and actionable feedback.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases, codifying best practices and sharing insights to scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function.

7+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Ability to design/architect full-stack solutions and deliver iteratively with customers
Hands-on coding with customer teams to implement deployments

Startup founder or early engineer with end-to-end product delivery
Experience deploying AI/ML solutions, familiarity with OpenAI APIs
Prior customer-facing experience (sales/solutions engineering) or strong cross-functional collaboration
Experience delivering PoCs and production deployments at scale
