業務内容

• Database operations: monitoring, configuration management, upgrades, scaling, backups, and data migrations
• Iterate on database operations to improve quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot stability and performance issues
• Contribute to documentation for knowledge sharing and effective decision-making
• Research and test new tools in database ecosystems and adopt them across PayPay Group

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 5+ years DBA experience, with at least 3 years on MySQL or PostgreSQL
• 3+ years AWS experience
• Hands-on Infra as Code (IaC) with Terraform
• Scripting in Python or Go, plus shell
• Experience in database operations (monitoring, backup, upgrade, scaling, data migration)
