業務内容

• Design, build, scale, and maintain core Worker Platform services with emphasis on reliability, high availability, resilience, and performance.
• Modernize legacy systems to improve maintainability and developer velocity.
• Lead system design discussions for large-scale, multi-tenant distributed workloads, balancing trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and other teams (Plazma, Integrations, SRE) to break initiatives into milestones.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and technical discussions; strengthen CI/CD and tooling.
• Proactively identify platform challenges and contribute to the long-term roadmap and operational excellence.
• Hybrid presence in Tokyo (3 days/week in-office).

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 5+ years of professional experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency in JVM languages (Kotlin, Java) and Ruby.
• Deep cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred) in API-driven, virtualized environments.
• Kubernetes (EKS) expertise: resource management, scheduling, autoscaling.
• Observability experience (Datadog, CloudWatch).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across time zones.
