Lead and Grow the engineering Teams – Hire, mentor, and support a high-performing engineering team, delivering continuously and operating stable products.
Grow Products - Define and manage the team's roadmap and OKRs, aligning requirements with Product and cross-functional teams; break down into technical tasks and support scrum ceremonies.
Collaborate Across Functions - Guide the team technically based on Woven City strategy and product strategy to maximize value and pursue continuous improvements/kaizen.

Proficiency in at least one frontend language (JavaScript/TypeScript) and one backend language (Go/Java/Swift/Kotlin/Dart); experience developing and releasing web/mobile apps serving 1k+ active users
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; experience leading agile teams (5+ members)
Excellent communication and ability to bridge engineering and non-engineering stakeholders; business-level English
