業務内容

• Design, standardize, and support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for multiple teams to optimize build, test, and deployment processes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting, and environment provisioning to internal software development teams; drive the build-out of deployment environments and timelines.
• Promote a quality mindset, DevOps and Agile culture; produce, maintain, and advocate CI/CD best practices with global alignment.
• Lead technical issue resolution across cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, security, privacy, regulatory, architecture, compliance) with an automation-first mindset.
• Act as technical lead for the CI/CD team; mentor and grow DevOps talent, set direction, and drive outcomes-based leadership.
• Measure and report operational metrics and KPIs to assure operational excellence; contribute beyond JD responsibilities to help achieve the mission.

• 7年以上の大規模ソフトウェア開発経験とモダンな開発実践の深い理解
• クラウドプラットフォームとコンテナ技術の基礎知識（AWS、Docker、Kubernetes など）
• CI/CDツールの実務知識（GitHub Actions、Terraform、Kubernetes など）とインフラストラクチャをコード化するIaC経験
• 技術リードとしてのチーム運営経験、リリース管理と複数チーム間の調整能力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（多文化環境での業務経験）
