• Define requirements and deliver scalable, Japanese-focused features for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
• Design and maintain high-quality software using modern web frontend (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/React) and robust backend systems.
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into product features (text processing, content generation, intelligent UX).
• Use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and development workflows.
• Prototype and apply advanced AI techniques (fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation) for Japan-specific use cases.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies; contribute to architectural and technical decisions.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 10+ years of software development experience; strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English; ability to collaborate with international teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Experience building modern front-end applications (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React) and REST APIs
• Familiarity with C/C++ or JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with Japanese text processing, character encoding, typography, and complex text rendering
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools/models (LLMs, diffusion, multimodal)
• Understanding of model capabilities/limitations, evaluation techniques (e.g., hallucination handling); basic linear algebra (affine transformations)
• Experience or curiosity about fine-tuning models, building RAG pipelines, and applying AI to Japanese language/cultural contexts
