業務内容

• Develop Golang backend components processing high-scale, data-rich event streams for the Platform Insights.
• Design and implement database interactions with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and other engineering teams to define and iterate on monitoring/insights features.
• Write maintainable, well-tested, secure code and lead thoughtful code reviews.
• Integrate data from multiple GitLab stages into a unified event platform for dashboards.
• Partner with other product teams to embed monitoring and dashboards across the GitLab platform.
• Monitor system health with Prometheus/Grafana and contribute to reliability automation.
• Participate in planning and estimation as a self-directed contributor.

• Golang backend services for high-scale data-rich apps
• PostgreSQL proficiency; interest in ClickHouse
• Understanding of distributed, scalable systems; Prometheus/Grafana
• CI/CD and DevOps practices; GitLab or similar
• Cloud/containerized environments (GCP/AWS; Kubernetes)
