業務内容

• Shape and scale GitLab CI backend infrastructure for high-volume jobs (performance, reliability, usability).
• Design AI-powered features for Agentic CI (agents, agentic flows, LLM tooling) integrated with Duo Agent Platform.
• Define success criteria for AI in CI with baselines, measurable outcomes, and signals for learning.
• Build instrumentation and observability to make AI-assisted CI trustworthy (metrics dashboards, safeguards).
• Drive measurable CI performance gains via hypotheses, experiments, and data-driven validation (DB access, background processing, orchestration).
• Write secure, well-tested Ruby on Rails code in a large monolith; reduce technical debt and operational risk.
• Lead cross-functional work with Product/UX/Infrastructure; set standards for responsible AI in CI.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• Ruby on Rails advanced proficiency; backend services in large codebases
• PostgreSQL data modeling, query tuning, and scaling large tables
• Experience with high-traffic production systems, ideally CI/workflow orchestration
• Designing/shipping AI-powered backend features with awareness of LLM limitations and responsible use
• Observability: metrics, logging, tracing; data-driven experimentation
• Secure design, well-tested code, and zero-downtime rollout strategies
