業務内容

• Design, develop, and optimize a high-performance platform for real-time pricing, quoting, and lifecycle automation across various FICC derivatives.
• Build and maintain low-latency electronic trading systems and infrastructure; ensure robustness and scalability.
• Work extensively with FIX protocol for order routing, market data, and post-trade communication with exchanges, brokers, and counterparties.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, venues, traders, and sales to translate trading strategies into production-grade code.
• Perform system analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools for trading system performance and market activity.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions; contribute to SDLC, automated testing, DevOps, and CD practices.
• Explore and incorporate AI/machine learning tooling to enhance development workflows and system capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 5+ years in software development with a focus on electronic trading systems and large-scale distributed platforms
• Expertise in electronic trading concepts: market microstructure, RFQ/RFT, auto-quoting, pricing models, low-latency design
• In-depth FIX protocol knowledge (FIX 4.2, 4.4, 5.0 SP2): parsing, session management, custom tags
• Strong Java programming (commercial experience); Python for data analytics/AI
• Real-time data processing, distributed systems, multi-threading
• Understanding of FICC derivatives, trading workflows (pricing, quoting, lifecycle automation)
• Automated testing, DevOps, and Continuous Deployment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and cross-cultural communication
