業務内容

• Own the production environment for GSET applications and infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and resilience.
• Provide day-to-day production support, incident and crisis management with deep technical expertise.
• Proactively manage system health via monitoring, alerting, provisioning, and capacity planning.
• Enhance or implement production tooling and the release management process.
• Collaborate with development teams on system design reviews, platform assessments, capacity planning, and launch readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through incident post-mortems and root-cause analysis.
• Work as part of a global Asia-Pacific team (Americas, Australia, HK, Japan, China, India) coordinating across regions.
• Oversee production environments and advise on risk and on-systems supportability; onboard apps into the Python-based deployment framework.

必須スキル

• Python, shell scripting, SQL; UNIX/Linux proficiency
• Java or C++ development experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a global team
• Cash equities execution knowledge (essential for VP level)
