業務内容

• Design and implement the Equities technology stack aligned with the firm’s strategic vision.
• Architect scalable, reusable solutions across revenue-generating divisions.
• Automate workflows and build tools to improve client servicing and efficiency.
• Develop data-centric tools to drive business decisions and trading performance.
• Collaborate with internal/external clients to maximize the technology offering and meet goals.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, support, and monitoring.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 6+ years of large-scale application development (Java/C++)
• Java fundamentals: OO, data structures, algorithms, design patterns
• Distributed, event-driven systems with messaging protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork; experience working with end users
