Lead and mentor a team of senior/principal mobile engineers (iOS/Android), enabling autonomous, cross-boundary collaboration.
Define and drive the technical vision for Mobile Enablement: CI/CD infrastructure, release management, mobile frameworks, and AI-assisted/agentic workflows.
Deliver outcome-first work by structuring efforts around developer journeys and problem spaces; operate InnerSource communities and customer-enabling initiatives.
Ensure operational excellence: reliable mobile CI/CD pipelines, release processes, shared libraries/tools; track adoption, release health, and developer experience metrics.
Collaborate with Platform Product Management, other Engineering Enablement pillars, SRE, and product teams to align capabilities with business needs and drive broad adoption.
Unique challenges: lead deep specialists amid ambiguity; influence across many teams without direct authority; balance stability with modernization of mobile tooling (AgentEx/AI-native shift).
