Lead the technical direction and architecture for the MyPage product within the Employee Platform Department, in collaboration with the Technical Lead.
Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using Go, GraphQL, and React.
Drive the transition from platform-first to product-led development from a technical standpoint.
Integrate AI tooling to accelerate delivery while establishing guardrails for quality and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Kyoto, Tokyo, and Vietnam (PMs, designers, QA, engineers).
Monitor production with Datadog; troubleshoot and recover systems as needed.
Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and elevate engineering standards.
Maintain and occasionally support legacy Kotlin systems.
