Work with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team on end-to-end ownership of a collection of services and technology areas.
Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services.
Understand end-to-end configuration, dependencies, and the overall behavior of production services; design and deliver a mission-critical stack with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance.
Facilitate capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
Act as the escalation point for complex or critical issues and contribute to automation and SOPs; guide development teams to enhance service architecture.
Communicate service characteristics and collaborate with engineering teams to add premier capabilities to the Oracle Cloud portfolio.
