• Lead the design and evolution of large-scale ingestion architectures handling billions of events per day.
• Own complex, cross-service initiatives spanning multiple teams/domains.
• Anticipate scaling, reliability, and cost challenges before they impact customers.
• Set technical direction for major subsystems and influence broader platform architecture.
• Drive operational excellence, incident response, and system observability improvements.
• Partner with engineering leadership, product, and customer-facing teams on strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a technical mentor and multiplier to elevate engineers’ capabilities.
• Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on systemic fixes.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven design/operation of distributed systems handling high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
• Fluent in Kotlin/Java ecosystems and AWS-based architectures.
• Strong ability to think in terms of system behavior, failure modes, and long-term tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication of complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-level English proficiency.
