Platform modernization: lead, define, and execute the technical roadmap for the cloud platform (AWS, EC2, Kubernetes, CI/CD CircleCI/ArgoCD, Observability Datadog, IaC Terraform/OpenTofu, tooling GitHub Actions/Helm).
Service collaboration: work with internal service teams to automate workflows, drive tooling/platform release adoption, contribute changes across codebases, and achieve reliability goals across products.
Infrastructure optimization: implement improvements across AWS layers (networking, storage, compute, orchestration) to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Security hardening: partner with security/IT to identify/address vulnerabilities, automate access management, and maintain high security standards.
AI enablement: explore and build AI-enabled tooling/workflows for SRE and engineering (e.g., Claude Code, AWS DevOps Agent).
Guidance and best practices: advise new projects on architecture for maximum reliability and efficiency from the ground up.
Grow your team: mentor junior engineers, share knowledge widely, and support career progression.

5+ years in SRE/DevOps/Software Engineering or related roles, with distributed systems at scale
AWS and related cloud technologies (EKS, EC2, IaC)
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.)

Business-level English communication in a diverse, distributed environment
