Lead the security operations team responsible for intrusion detection and incident response
Respond to security incidents; conduct forensics and technical investigations
Develop talent, set vision and direction; lead through outcomes
Define and execute strategy for detection, investigation, and incident response
Improve enterprise visibility and defensibility; drive automation where possible
Measure and report operational metrics to ensure operational excellence

5+ years hands-on security operations experience
1+ year technical leadership / managing high-performance teams
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
Ability to triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts; conduct root-cause analysis
Experience translating security incidents into business impact for non-technical executives

3+ years in technical leadership and developing high-performance teams
Experience leading SOC improvement projects; large-scale SIEM/SOAR/EDR deployments
Experience with XDR tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, CrowdStrike)
Forensics toolkit experience (Velociraptor, EnCase, FTK)
Knowledge of privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
Experience in detection engineering, incident response, threat intelligence
