• Lead end-to-end development: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing.
• Design real-time data pipelines using MQTT.
• Optimize embedded firmware in C for Thread/Zigbee.
• Collaborate with platform, security, and operations teams for secure IoT infra.
• Mentor teammates to raise engineering performance.

必須スキル

• Python (3+ years) in Dockerized edge environments
• MQTT or similar asynchronous real-time data protocols
• C for embedded firmware (Thread/Zigbee)
• Multi-language experience (TypeScript, Go, Python, C)
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Business-level Japanese proficiency
