業務内容

• Executes basic software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting within a defined area of a business function.
• Writes secure, high-quality code in at least one language with peer guidance.
• Interprets architecture, design representations and nonfunctional requirements to deliver secure, stable software per defined architecture.
• Actively applies automation to reduce manual toil across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Addresses basic code quality issues; gathers/analyzes basic data to support troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
• Breaks down routine technical tasks to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Contributes to a team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.

必須スキル

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent educational background
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
• Baseline knowledge of software development and related processes within a discipline
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams and contribute to an inclusive, innovative culture
• Demonstrated ability to code in one or more languages
• Understanding of software skills such as analysis, development, maintenance, and improvement
• Proficiency with standard development toolchains
• Basic knowledge of current tech trends and best practices
