業務内容

• Collaborate with the team to understand functional and operational requirements
• Design and implement robust, testable Java code to meet the requirements
• Develop non-functional features to improve reliability, scalability, and performance
• Contribute to automated test suites and participate in code reviews
• Coordinate with multiple management teams to ensure integration and deploy new products/process improvements
• Resolve high‑impact problems via in‑depth evaluation of business and system processes
• Ensure adherence to the architecture blueprint; develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
• Mentor mid‑level developers/analysts and allocate work as needed
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws/regulations; escalate and report control issues transparently

• Java ecosystem
• Performance‑oriented software development with profiling, debugging, and monitoring tooling
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience in system analysis and in ensuring performance/testability of components
• Familiarity with Credit Derivative products pricing and risk calculations
• Proactive, able to adjust priorities quickly; thrives in a mature, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
