Own the production environment for GSET electronic trading platforms; provide critical day-to-day production support, incident and crisis management with deep technical expertise.
Proactively manage system health through monitoring, alerting provisioning, and capacity planning.
Enhance or build production support tooling and the release management system; drive automation and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams on system design consulting, platform/framework reviews, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
Lead continuous improvement via incident follow-ups and root cause analysis; assess risk of changes and improve supportability.
Work as part of a global Asia Pac team distributed across Americas, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, China and India; coordinate with regional counterparts on local/global initiatives.
Own and evolve a Python-based configuration, resource allocation, and deployment framework for the electronic trading platform; onboard external developers to the framework.
