業務内容

• Design, develop, and maintain core cloud-native services powering the global securities settlement platform.
• Own critical components end-to-end, from design through production operations.
• Use AI agents and AI-enabled tooling to write software specifications and implementations.
• (VP level) Act as a technical leader, guiding architectural decisions, reviewing critical code, and mentoring engineers.
• Partner with business and operations teams to evolve the settlement platform via automation and tooling.

必須スキル

• Strong track record as a senior software engineer with ownership of cloud-based production systems.
• Extensive hands-on Java development for distributed, event-driven services.
• Experience building/operating cloud-native platforms using microservices, APIs, and managed services.
• Practical experience with AI agents or AI-based tooling for enterprise software.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, data consistency, failure modes, and operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
