業務内容

• Design, develop, and maintain core cloud‑native services powering the global securities settlement platform.
• Own critical components end‑to‑end, from design and implementation through production operation.
• Use AI agents and AI‑enabled tooling to write software specifications and implementations.
• (For VP level) Act as a technical leader, guiding architectural decisions, reviewing critical code, and mentoring engineers.
• Partner with business and operations teams to evolve the settlement platform using technology‑driven automation and tooling.
• Contribute to migrating existing systems toward a strategic, scalable platform built on event‑sourcing, cloud, and serverless architectures.

• Java‑based software development for distributed, event‑driven services
• Experience building cloud‑native platforms with microservices, APIs, and managed cloud services
• Hands‑on experience owning complex cloud production systems
• Practical use of AI agents or AI‑based tooling for enterprise software development
• Strong testing discipline and knowledge of patterns; solid understanding of distributed systems and failure modes
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, architects, and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
