業務内容

• Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering production systems with frontier models
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes through clarity, speed, tight coordination, and technical quality
• Codify what works into tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs to create leverage for OpenAI and the developer community
• Detect early indicators in product behavior, customer environments, or delivery practices and raise them with urgency
• Use judgement to distinguish what requires action and what does not
• Set a high bar for FDE performance and coach each member with direct, actionable feedback
• Define staffing and support models for field teams to scale without added complexity

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 8+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience, including 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers
• Experience delivering production systems with frontier models
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-grade code across frontend and backend
• Ability to operate with urgency and make fast, sound decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and ability to translate field feedback into actionable input for Product/Research
• Japanese-English bilingual (spoken and written)
