• Collaborate with software engineering, cloud operations, and global OCI teams; automate operations and resolve production issues.
• Enhance resiliency; maintain runbooks; refine alerts; contribute automation and process improvements.
• Participate in 24x7 shift/on-call; document procedures; identify recurring operational pain points.
