Operate and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Japan Sovereign Cloud as a Site Reliability Developer (IC3). Includes an initial hands-on period to learn 24x7 workflows, alerts, incidents, escalation paths, runbooks, and customer-impacting risks.
Participate in 24x7 shift rotations across Japanese and international teams; capture recurring operational issues, improve alert actionability, maintain runbooks, and deliver tooling, automation, and process improvements.
Collaborate with software engineering, cloud operations, and global OCI teams; apply software engineering principles to automate operations, resolve complex production issues, and enhance service resiliency.
Support Linux-based production environments; learn sovereign cloud operations, follow procedures, and improve handoff quality.
