業務内容

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer deployments for Sierra's AI platform in enterprise environments.
• Architect, deploy, upgrade, and manage infrastructure for key customers, ensuring security, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain deployment runbooks, upgrade procedures, and automation tooling to enable repeatable, reliable operations.
• Define deployment standards, tooling, and processes; scale and repeat complex customer engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into deployment plans.
• Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle for critical customers: initial deployment, scaling, ongoing upgrades, and incident support.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• AWS services, Terraform, container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Cloud networking (VPCs, IAM, DNS, load balancing)
• Experience deploying in customer-owned cloud environments, including security reviews and change management
• Strong communication with enterprise stakeholders (engineers to CISOs); English and Japanese proficiency
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
