業務内容

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that scale across industries and drive revenue.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment and continuous iteration.
• Collaborate with large enterprises and leading startups in Japan to translate business challenges into AI agent solutions.
• Shape Sierra's platform by surfacing needs, prototyping tools/features, and coordinating with research, product, and platform teams.
• Maintain reliability and performance with direct customer feedback loops and production monitoring.
• Directly interface with customers to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• End-to-end production systems design, development, and scaling
• Strong problem-solving能力 in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• Comfortable communicating with customers in English and Japanese (technical and non-technical audiences)

• Experience building and operating production software systems
