Support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of Treasure AI’s global privacy program across functions.
Lead privacy assessments (DPIAs, PIAs, LIAs, transfer assessments) and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Develop and operationalize privacy, data governance, and AI governance frameworks; provide practical, risk-based compliance guidance for UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other regional requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements (DPAs) and privacy-related provisions in commercial contracts; manage data subject rights requests.
Coordinate with Legal, IT, Security, and business stakeholders on privacy incidents, investigations, and remediation; design and scale automated privacy workflows.
Develop and deliver privacy training and AI literacy initiatives to foster a culture of privacy and responsible data use.

Qualified lawyer in at least one jurisdiction; typically 4+ years’ experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or risk management.
Strong practical knowledge of GDPR and multi-jurisdictional privacy compliance.
Experience conducting privacy assessments (DPIAs/PIAs/LIAs) and drafting/negotiating DPAs and privacy-related contractual provisions.
Familiarity with use of AI tools in day-to-day privacy work and a track record for automating processes; ability to collaborate with legal operations, engineering, or product teams to deploy automated workflows.
