Develop deep knowledge of customer projects and tech stacks to guide Unity product usage, design technical solutions, integrate new capabilities, and accelerate delivery.
Lead internal account teams (sales, engineering, product) to ensure a cohesive customer experience and coordinate urgent issue resolution across support and engineering.
Directly influence Unity's product roadmap by monitoring customer feedback and sentiment; surface insights through Voice of the Customer reports.
Contribute to a culture of growth by sharing knowledge across the team and performing related duties to support evolving customer and business needs.
