• Requirements gathering with Product Owners and BizDev
• Translate workflows into actionable system requirements; organize backlog
• Define priorities/scope based on business objectives and feasibility
• System design and architecture; specify APIs, data models, and integrations
• Drive DevOps/CI/CD and continuous process improvements
• Lead technical PoC/MVP development and architecture for MVP
• Conduct sprint reviews and leverage pilot feedback for data-driven improvements

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 5+ years in system requirements definition, basic design, and architecture
• 3+ years backend or frontend software development
• API design, data modeling, and external-system integration
• Python development
• Experience leading development teams/vendors (design reviews, quality management)
• Agile/scrum experience
• DevOps/CI/CD pipelines

歓迎スキル（該当する場合）

• 3+ years with modern languages (C++, C#, Java, Go, Node.js, Ruby)
• 3+ years frontend (TypeScript or React)
• Experience in AI, IoT, energy, or mobility projects
• 3+ years cloud technologies and microservices
