Document tool qualification to support accountability and traceability; define improvement plans with project owners.
Continuously improve the tool qualification process via benchmarking against automotive industry peers.

Experience leading automotive tool chain development or qualification (e.g., CANoe, SILS/HILS for ADAS)
Audit and assessment experience in software/tool chain development
Proficiency in English
Deep understanding of SDLC and automotive standards (Automotive SPICE/IT SPICE/ISO 26262 tool qualification)
Working knowledge of Quality and Audit Management Systems; hands-on ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 implementation
