業務内容

• Develop and maintain site reliability tools and processes within the SRE and Enterprise AI engineering and support teams.
• Implement new technologies and perform infrastructure upgrades and configuration.
• Collaborate with other SRE and support teams at Woven to build and maintain an integrated system.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform availability and rapid incident response.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• Kubernetes/K8s-based cloud infrastructure and services in AWS and/or GCP
• Python and/or Go, plus Terraform for IaC
• On-call support, incident management, post-mortems, release/change management
• Monitoring/observability tools (PagerDuty, Statuspage, Grafana, etc.)
• Business-level English or higher
