業務内容

• Provide technical leadership to guide decision-making, roadmap planning, cross‑team collaboration, and ongoing mentorship.
• Develop software systems for observability platforms to enhance monitoring, reliability, and development efficiency.
• Participate in on-call duties (8-hour rotation including workdays, weekends, holidays); role supports remote/on-site hybrid work.
• Provide L2 support for user requests, assisting customers with troubleshooting product usage issues.
• Conduct blameless post-mortems to learn from incidents and address reliability issues with hands-on coding.
• Establish SRE best practices within product teams, including capacity planning, chaos testing, and disaster recovery drills.
• Reduce toil and improve efficiency of development/operations through automation.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 7+ years in SRE/DevOps/cloud engineering/observability/backend development roles
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or equivalent, with solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, software design)
• Public cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Production on-call experience, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Business-level English
