Serve as a technical Product Engineer and trusted advisor to Anthropic customers deploying Claude, guiding from discovery through deployment.
Partner with account executives to understand customer product requirements and architect solutions aligning business objectives with technical implementation.
Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers build state-of-the-art LLM-powered products/workflows via Claude API.
Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites to demonstrate the viability of deploying our models into customer products.
Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams; identify design patterns and relay insights to Product/Engineering.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks; travel occasionally for on-site support and relationships.
Engage in external thought leadership (conferences, blogs, white papers) to share insights on AI space and customer adoption patterns.
