業務内容

• Build production applications with Claude models inside customer systems to meet requirements.
• Deliver technical artifacts for customers like MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills used in production workflows.
• Provide white-glove deployment support for Anthropic products in enterprise environments.
• Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns; share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and proactively identify new AI deployment opportunities across the engagement lifecycle.
• Travel frequently (25-50%) to customer sites; act as on-site representative and champion for Anthropic’s mission.
• Operate autonomously in frontier enterprise deployments and help shape the forward-deployed motion.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Forward Deployed Engineer or consulting software engineer); former technical founders welcome.
• Production experience with LLMs: advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python; ideally additional languages (TypeScript, Java, etc.) and experience shipping production applications.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across organizations; strong communication skills.
