業務内容

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with the Technology team to implement new or revised systems.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure function integration, and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes and industry standards.
• Ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint; develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business goals; provide innovative solutions.
• Mentor and coach mid-level developers/analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws/policy; escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• Java expert with 10+ years of software building and platform engineering; hands-on Java with Spark.
• Deep knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem: HDFS, Hive, Impala, Spark, Spark SQL; large-scale data pipelines.
• Proficiency in core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, OOP, design patterns; advanced multithreading/multiprocessing.
• Familiarity with data formats: Avro, Parquet, CSV, JSON.
• Unix-based OS experience and Python/shell scripting; strong SQL query skills.
• Experience with source control tools (Git, Bitbucket); English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science; Master’s preferred.
