業務内容

• Define reliability targets, SLIs/SLOs and error budgets; drive continuous improvement of service reliability
• Participate in on-call rotations, triage incidents, and provide emergency response
• Establish and evolve incident management processes; educate teams and monitor metrics (MTTD/MTTR)
• Analyze critical user journeys and dependencies; provide architectural guidance; maintain runbooks and documentation
• Perform cost engineering and capacity planning; identify optimization opportunities
• Develop solutions for change management, monitoring, and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations to enable scalable City Platform services

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience on cloud-based systems
• AWS, Istio, Kubernetes (K8s)
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Monitoring/observability with Grafana
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python
• Business-level English communication
