Design, develop, and maintain low-latency equities trading infrastructure (OMS, routing, FIX/connectivity, algo platforms).
Implement robust trading controls and ensure architectural integrity aligned with enterprise standards.
Translate trader/ops/compliance needs into technical specs; deliver end-to-end solutions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives; mentor engineers; drive platform roadmaps and technical governance.
Write production-grade code (Java/Python/Shell) on Linux; apply TDD/Agile; emphasize reliability and quality.

Front-office development experience; cross-functional leadership
Web development basics (React); Mandarin proficiency
Cash equities execution knowledge or electronic trading domain expertise
Linux systems programming (memory management, concurrency, networking); latency tuning
Ability to assess system-wide impact and ensure architectural integrity; mentoring/leading technical initiatives
