業務内容

• Become a domain expert for a portion of Stripe’s payments stack and the reliability of partner integrations.
• Handle inquiries from internal teams and external partners; investigate, troubleshoot, and implement code changes as needed.
• Engage with Stripe’s financial partners to align product usage and resolve technical issues or breakages.
• Organize and drive complex technical changes and projects across Stripe and partner systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate manual processes through code changes, partner agreements, or cross-team coordination.
• Design anomaly detection systems to ensure data flowing through partner and internal systems is reliable and correct.
• Collaborate across engineering, accounting, financial partnerships, and product to trace billions of dollars moving through Stripe.
• In-office expectations: 50% in-office time is generally expected, with variations by location.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 2+ years in a technical role (Technical Operations, Software Engineer, etc.) or a technical user-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to frame messages for technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of global payment technologies and ecosystems
• Ability to write high-quality, scalable code
• Familiarity with developer tools (e.g., Git)
• Experience coordinating communications/workflows across internal and external stakeholders, including financial partners
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to build understanding of a technical system via code, SQL, logs, documentation, and data exploration
