Define operation scope, including SLA definitions and contract templates; balance cost, speed, and quality to enable market readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to specify service specifications, choose operation partners/solutions, set schedules and milestones, identify risks, and communicate with internal/external audiences.
Lead PDCA cycles to improve processes, tools, and partners for external-market operation and enable seamless migration from Woven City to the external market.
Ensure the success of external-market operation services as mobility infrastructure by delivering valuable, reliable support (e.g., incident response, NOC/SOC, customer support) for inventors and customers.
