Platform modernization: lead and define the technical roadmap for our cloud platform (AWS, EC2, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Observability, IaC, tooling)
Service Collaboration: work with internal service teams to accelerate initiatives, automate workflows, drive tooling/platform release adoption, and ensure product reliability
Infrastructure Optimisation: implement improvements to enhance efficiency across AWS layers (networking, storage, compute, orchestration)
Security: collaborate with security/IT to remediate vulnerabilities, automate access, and uphold high security standards
Vendor and Tool Management: engage with vendors and external tools to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
Guidance and Best Practices: provide expert advice to new projects to ensure reliability and efficiency from inception

5+ years in SRE / DevOps / software engineering or related roles, dealing with distributed systems at scale
AWS and related cloud technologies (eg EKS, EC2, IaC)
Proficient in at least one programming language (eg Python, Go)
Experience with modern SaaS development practices (Git, CI/CD)
Excellent English communication in diverse, collaborative, distributed environments
