業務内容

• Design and develop observability features for engineering platform customers; support adoption of the observability platform
• Provide technical leadership: decision-making, roadmap planning, cross-team collaboration, mentoring
• Participate in an 8-hour on-call rotation (weekdays/weekends/holidays); incidents, remote possible
• Provide L2 support for user requests; troubleshoot and assist with product usage
• Conduct blameless post-mortems; address reliability issues through hands-on coding
• Reduce operational toil and boost efficiency via automation

必須スキル

• 7+ years in SRE/DevOps/cloud observability/backend
• Go, Python, or similar; strong data structures/algorithms
• APM/monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, GCP Monitoring
• Public cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code
• Business-level English
